Job Description:

The Aerospace Sourcing Manager in Al Ain oversees strategic procurement and supplier management for aerospace components, MRO (maintenance, repair, overhaul) contracts, and technical systems. This role ensures timely sourcing, compliance with airworthiness standards, and cost-efficiency in procurement processes.

Core responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, evaluating vendor bids, managing long-term agreements with OEMs and MRO providers, and monitoring KPIs such as on-time delivery, quality, and cost performance. The manager leads negotiations, ensures regulatory compliance with EASA/FAA standards, and maintains relationships with global suppliers.

The role also involves collaborating with engineering, logistics, finance, and legal teams to optimize procurement planning, inventory management, and contract lifecycle. Emphasis is placed on risk mitigation, supply continuity, and alignment with aerospace project timelines or fleet schedules.

This is a strategic and technically complex procurement role, essential for organizations operating or supporting aircraft systems.

Job Requirement:

A degree in Supply Chain, Aerospace Engineering, or Procurement is required, with 7–10 years of aerospace or aviation sourcing experience. Expertise in airworthiness regulations (EASA, FAA), ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and supplier evaluation is mandatory. Strong negotiation, compliance, and inventory planning skills are required. English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus.
