Job Description:
The Certified Real Estate Assessor in Dubai performs professional property assessments for taxation, insurance, development, and compliance purposes. The role involves valuation, zoning review, and land use analysis to support legal and financial decision-making.
Duties include inspecting properties, reviewing ownership and land records, evaluating construction quality, determining property classifications, and applying valuation methodologies per UAE property law. The assessor works with public entities, banks, and investors, ensuring reports are legally defensible and aligned with local assessment standards.
This role is integral to providing fair, unbiased, and regulatory-aligned property valuations.
Job Requirement:
A certification from the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) or RICS is mandatory, with a degree in Valuation, Urban Planning, or Real Estate. At least 5 years of experience in real estate assessment is required. The role demands analytical rigor, fieldwork experience, and strong reporting skills. English fluency is required; Arabic is an asset.
