The Licensed Real Estate Associate in Sharjah plays a vital role in facilitating property transactions, advising clients on leasing or purchasing properties, and ensuring all dealings comply with Sharjah’s legal and regulatory frameworks. This position requires a deep understanding of local property laws, trends, and licensing requirements.
Key responsibilities include listing properties, qualifying potential buyers or tenants, scheduling property tours, and acting as a liaison between property owners and clients. The associate negotiates terms, drafts preliminary agreements, and ensures all documentation aligns with regulatory standards. They are also expected to maintain accurate records of transactions, conduct comparative market analysis, and keep clients informed of price changes, legal updates, and investment opportunities.
The associate often collaborates with developers, mortgage brokers, and legal teams, providing end-to-end support during sales or leasing cycles. Their ability to manage a client base and uphold ethical, licensed real estate practices is crucial to their success.
Job Requirement:
A valid Sharjah real estate license is required, along with at least 2–3 years of real estate sales or leasing experience. A degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate knowledge of local property regulations, have excellent communication skills, and be proficient in digital listing platforms. Bilingual abilities in English and Arabic are advantageous, along with familiarity with CRM tools.
