Job Description:
The Lease Services Coordinator in Dubai manages administrative and operational tasks related to leasing activities, ensuring accurate lease documentation, timely contract execution, and smooth coordination between departments. This back-office role supports leasing agents and property managers.
Responsibilities include drafting lease agreements, collecting and verifying tenant documentation, scheduling Ejari registrations, and maintaining lease databases. The coordinator ensures lease renewals, amendments, and terminations are processed accurately and in line with UAE regulations.
The role also handles coordination with legal teams, payment departments, and municipal entities to ensure full compliance and a seamless leasing experience for all stakeholders.
Job Requirement:
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or Legal Studies is preferred, with 2–3 years of experience in lease administration or property support roles. Strong organizational, communication, and document management skills are essential. Knowledge of Dubai tenancy laws and Ejari systems is required. English fluency is mandatory; Arabic is a bonus.
