Job Description:
The Commercial Real Estate Supervisor in Ajman manages leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations across a portfolio of retail, office, or industrial properties. The role aims to maximize occupancy, ensure operational efficiency, and maintain compliance with Ajman’s municipal and real estate regulations.
Responsibilities include negotiating lease terms, supervising facility operations, overseeing vendor contracts, and addressing tenant issues. The supervisor monitors revenue generation, supports marketing efforts for vacant spaces, and ensures alignment with leasing strategies and safety protocols.
They act as the first point of contact for commercial tenants and coordinate with legal and finance teams for documentation and collections.
Job Requirement:
A degree in Property Management, Business, or Real Estate is preferred, with 4–6 years of experience in commercial property supervision. Strong negotiation, multitasking, and reporting skills are essential. Experience with commercial leasing systems and UAE contract law is required. English fluency is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
