Job Description:

The Development Project Coordinator supports and coordinates various aspects of property development projects in Dubai, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met throughout the pre-construction and construction phases. This role acts as a liaison between internal departments, external consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies, ensuring all aspects of project planning and execution proceed smoothly. Key responsibilities include scheduling project milestones, tracking task progress, preparing reports, assisting with permit applications, and coordinating design and engineering deliverables. The coordinator ensures that project documentation, such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and approvals, are properly maintained and updated. This role is vital for identifying and mitigating delays or cost overruns, supporting procurement processes, and helping development managers meet key performance indicators (KPIs). In Dubai’s fast-paced real estate environment, the Development Project Coordinator plays an essential role in keeping large-scale developments—such as high-rise buildings, villas, or mixed-use communities—on track through meticulous coordination and proactive issue resolution.

Job Requirement:

Candidates should have a degree in construction, urban planning, or project management with 3–5 years of experience in real estate or infrastructure projects. Required skills include project scheduling, document control, cross-functional communication, and familiarity with Dubai's regulatory requirements. Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, or other project management tools is preferred.
