Job Description:
The Investment Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial and operational performance of income-generating real estate assets in Dubai. This includes managing property leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and tenant relations to ensure optimal return on investment and long-term asset value. The role involves developing strategic plans for maximizing rental income, minimizing vacancy, and controlling operational costs. The manager conducts market analysis, assesses portfolio performance, and implements improvements in property positioning and revenue management. Key responsibilities include setting rental rates, supervising property management staff, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring all properties comply with Dubai Land Department (DLD) and RERA guidelines. The Investment Property Manager also prepares investor reports, supports asset disposition or acquisition decisions, and collaborates with finance teams for accurate forecasting and financial modeling. This role is crucial for ensuring that investment properties are profitable, compliant, and maintained to high standards in Dubai’s competitive real estate environment.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in real estate, business, or finance is required, with 6–8 years of experience managing investment properties or high-value portfolios. Candidates must have expertise in lease management, property operations, budget planning, and tenant retention strategies. Experience with Dubai’s regulatory frameworks and property software (such as Yardi or Buildium) is highly advantageous.
