Job Description:
The Leasing Specialist in Ajman is responsible for managing the leasing process of residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. This includes identifying prospective tenants, coordinating lease agreements, and ensuring high occupancy rates while maintaining tenant satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Primary duties include advertising vacant units, screening applicants, conducting property tours, and finalizing lease negotiations. The specialist prepares and reviews lease agreements, ensures legal accuracy, and processes tenant documentation. They work closely with property management and legal teams to enforce lease terms and facilitate renewals or terminations.
Additionally, the role involves tracking leasing KPIs, maintaining accurate records, preparing weekly occupancy reports, and recommending strategies to reduce vacancy rates. The leasing specialist is also expected to stay informed about Ajman rental trends and pricing to provide competitive leasing advice.
Job Requirement:
A degree in Real Estate, Marketing, or Business is preferred, along with 3–5 years of leasing experience, ideally in Ajman or other Northern Emirates. The candidate should be proficient in tenant management software, UAE tenancy regulations, and contract negotiation. Strong customer service, attention to detail, and fluency in English are required; Arabic is a plus.
