Job Description:
The Housing Property Manager in Dubai manages residential buildings, villas, or housing communities. This includes overseeing tenant relationships, rent collection, vendor contracts, inspections, and compliance with RERA housing regulations.
The manager handles lease administration, service charge management, move-in/move-out processes, and periodic property assessments. They resolve maintenance issues, coordinate repairs, and ensure tenant communication is clear and timely.
They play a key role in ensuring occupancy levels, minimizing disputes, and preserving the value of residential assets through proactive management.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in Property Management or Business is preferred, with 4+ years of housing or residential portfolio management experience. Familiarity with RERA regulations, rental dispute resolution, and service provider coordination is essential. English fluency is mandatory; Arabic is an asset.
