Job Description:
A Dubai-based brewery is looking for a passionate Craft Beer Brewer to oversee brewing operations and help create distinctive, high-quality beers. The brewer will be responsible for brewing, fermenting, conditioning, and packaging a range of craft styles—from IPAs and stouts to lagers and seasonal brews. Daily responsibilities include milling grains, mashing, boiling, whirlpooling, and pitching yeast. The Brewer will monitor fermentation, perform gravity and pH testing, clean and sanitize tanks and brewing vessels, and ensure all production adheres to quality control protocols. This role is hands-on and requires creativity, technical brewing knowledge, and a strong appreciation of craft beer culture. The ideal candidate is also expected to assist with recipe development, maintain accurate production records, and collaborate with taproom and marketing teams. This position demands adherence to strict cleanliness standards, physical labor, and understanding of the brewing lifecycle from grain to glass.
Job Requirement:
Applicants should have a diploma in brewing science, food technology, or a related field, along with 2–5 years of experience in craft brewing. Strong knowledge of brewing systems, fermentation science, and sanitation procedures is required. The role demands excellent organizational skills, physical stamina, and attention to quality. Prior experience in recipe formulation or seasonal brew creation is a plus.
