Job Description:
The ERP Finance Analyst serves as a vital link between finance operations and IT teams to optimize the use of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems for financial management. Based in Dubai, the analyst is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing financial modules in ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics. The role includes gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and coordinating with developers to ensure accurate implementation. Core responsibilities include managing accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, fixed assets, budgeting modules, and ensuring regulatory compliance in reporting. The analyst also troubleshoots system issues, conducts UAT (user acceptance testing), trains end-users, and generates periodic performance and audit reports. The ERP Finance Analyst plays a critical role during financial system upgrades, integrations, or migrations. A strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and reporting standards is required to align ERP functionality with finance team needs. This role demands excellent problem-solving abilities, technical proficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or IT; 4+ years of experience in ERP finance module support or implementation; hands-on experience with ERP platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP); strong understanding of finance processes and reporting standards; solid analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
