Job Description:
The Legal Tech Specialist in Ajman is responsible for driving the adoption, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions that improve legal workflows, document management, and operational efficiency. This role serves as a bridge between legal professionals and IT teams, translating legal department needs into technical requirements and delivering digital tools that support compliance, contract management, litigation support, and knowledge sharing. Core responsibilities include implementing contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems, legal matter management platforms, e-discovery tools, and legal analytics dashboards. The specialist will also conduct system training, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure security and compliance with data privacy standards such as GDPR or UAE data protection laws. This position plays a pivotal role in modernizing legal operations through automation, workflow standardization, and legal data insights, supporting both in-house legal teams and external counsel collaboration.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Technology, or Legal Operations. A postgraduate certification in legal technology or project management is desirable. At least 3 to 5 years of experience in legal tech, legal operations, or IT project implementation within a legal environment is required. Strong familiarity with CLM software, legal analytics platforms, and knowledge management systems is essential. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills to interface between legal and technical teams, along with strong documentation and training capabilities. Proficiency in data privacy and legal data management is expected. Fluency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of Arabic is beneficial. Adaptability, problem-solving, and digital transformation expertise are key success factors in this role.
