Job Description:

The Property Investment Advisor provides expert guidance to clients, investors, and developers looking to invest in Dubai’s real estate market. This role involves analyzing property values, market trends, and investment returns to recommend profitable opportunities in residential, commercial, or mixed-use sectors. The advisor evaluates asset performance, conducts risk assessments, and prepares comparative investment analyses tailored to clients’ financial goals. Responsibilities include identifying off-market properties, managing investor portfolios, building financial models, and advising on capital appreciation, rental yields, and regulatory implications. The advisor also facilitates due diligence, oversees negotiation processes, and supports clients during acquisition or divestment. This role requires up-to-date knowledge of Dubai Land Department policies, RERA regulations, and property taxation. Maintaining strong networks with developers, brokers, and financial institutions is essential to stay ahead of market opportunities. The advisor’s ability to present clear, data-backed strategies enhances investor confidence and helps maximize long-term profitability in a fast-paced real estate market like Dubai.

Job Requirement:

Candidates must hold a degree in finance, real estate, or investment management, with 4–6 years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals or institutional investors. Strong financial analysis, communication, and negotiation skills are essential. Familiarity with Dubai’s real estate laws, ROI metrics, and investment platforms is critical for success in this advisory role.
