Job Description:
The Property Operations Manager in Ajman is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of residential or commercial properties. This includes managing tenant relationships, ensuring the upkeep of facilities, coordinating repairs and renovations, and supervising on-site staff and service providers.
Key duties involve overseeing leasing processes, handling tenant inquiries or complaints, managing maintenance requests, scheduling inspections, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety standards. The manager also collaborates with property owners to develop budgets, track expenses, and manage vendor contracts. They monitor the property's financial performance, prepare operational reports, and work closely with leasing and sales teams to maximize occupancy and tenant retention.
The role is hands-on and requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities. The manager plays a crucial role in enhancing tenant satisfaction, reducing vacancies, and maintaining the long-term value of the property asset.
Job Requirement:
A degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, or Business Administration is preferred, with 5+ years of experience in property operations or facilities oversight. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, leasing laws, and financial reporting. Familiarity with Ajman’s municipal codes, proficiency in property management software, and strong interpersonal skills are essential. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an asset.
