Job Description:
We are looking for an Aggregate Operations Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of aggregate production facilities in Munich. This role involves managing quarry and crushing plant activities to ensure efficient production of construction aggregates such as sand, gravel, and crushed stone.
You will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, maintaining equipment, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Monitoring quality control processes and optimizing operational workflows to meet customer demand and cost targets are key parts of the job.
Collaboration with sales, logistics, and maintenance teams is essential to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will also manage budgeting, reporting, and regulatory compliance for the site.

Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field is required. Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in aggregate operations or quarry management.
Experience with heavy equipment, crushing plants, and material handling systems is essential. Knowledge of safety standards, environmental regulations, and quality control procedures in mining or aggregates is mandatory.
Strong organizational and leadership skills are necessary to manage teams, coordinate projects, and optimize production efficiency. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are important.
Fluency in English is required; German proficiency is highly desirable. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively is key.
