Job Description:
We are seeking a Thermal Systems Engineer to design, develop, and optimize thermal energy systems for industrial and utility-scale applications in Munich. You will be responsible for analyzing heat transfer, thermodynamic efficiency, and system integration for heating, cooling, and energy recovery projects.
The role includes simulation, performance testing, and collaboration with design and operations teams to ensure system performance meets regulatory and project-specific standards. You will support the implementation of sustainable thermal energy solutions, including cogeneration, district heating, and thermal storage.

Job Requirement:
Applicants must hold a degree in mechanical engineering, energy systems, or a related field, with at least 3–5 years of experience in thermal system design or energy engineering.
A strong foundation in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat exchanger design is required. Proficiency in simulation tools such as ANSYS, TRNSYS, or MATLAB is essential.
Fluency in English is mandatory, and German language skills are highly valued. The ideal candidate will have experience in sustainable design, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
