Job Description:
We are hiring an Energy Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale energy infrastructure projects in Berlin. This role involves managing all phases of construction projects related to power generation, renewable energy installations, and utility upgrades—from planning and procurement to execution and completion.
Key responsibilities include budgeting, scheduling, contractor supervision, compliance monitoring, and stakeholder communication. You will coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery while meeting safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Job Requirement:
Candidates should hold a degree in civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering, or construction management. A minimum of 5–8 years of project management experience in the energy sector is required, preferably on utility-scale developments.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), risk management, and construction documentation is expected. A valid PMP or similar certification is preferred.
Strong communication and leadership skills are essential. Fluency in English is required; German language proficiency is a strong asset. Applicants must be familiar with local regulations and capable of managing multiple stakeholders, tight schedules, and large field teams under complex project conditions.
