Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and execution in Berlin. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing brand positioning, messaging, and identity to ensure consistent and impactful communication across all channels. You will oversee marketing campaigns, monitor brand performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, conducting consumer insights research, managing product launches, and maintaining brand consistency across advertising, digital, and packaging. You will also work closely with sales, design, and external agencies to build strong brand equity and drive market share growth.

Job Requirement:

Candidates must hold a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in brand management, marketing strategy, or product marketing is essential. Experience in consumer goods, retail, or digital-first industries is preferred. Strong understanding of brand development processes, customer behavior, and market analytics is required.

Proficiency in marketing tools, data analysis platforms, and digital content management is crucial. Candidates should demonstrate creativity, strategic thinking, and excellent project management skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, and German proficiency is highly advantageous. A passion for building memorable brands and a keen eye for detail will be key to success in this role.
