Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Strategy Analyst to join our team in Munich. In this role, you will support strategic decision-making by conducting market research, analyzing business data, and identifying growth opportunities. You will work closely with senior management to evaluate business performance, assess competitive landscapes, and develop actionable insights to drive organizational success.
Your responsibilities include preparing detailed reports, forecasting business trends, and assisting in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategy and operations, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize business outcomes.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is a plus. A minimum of 2–4 years of experience in strategy consulting, business analysis, or related roles is preferred.
Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau), and excellent communication abilities are essential. The candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in teams. Fluency in English is required; German proficiency is an advantage.
