You will analyze business models, identify areas of improvement, and offer tailored strategic recommendations. Responsibilities include conducting detailed market research, evaluating business performance, developing actionable insights, and supporting implementation of strategic plans. The role requires close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure advice is relevant and impactful.
You will also be expected to stay updated with market trends and economic developments, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. A key part of this position is facilitating business growth, risk mitigation, and operational excellence for our clients.
Job Requirement:
Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred. A minimum of 3–5 years' experience in business consulting, financial advisory, or management roles is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are critical, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in data analysis tools and business intelligence platforms is advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple client portfolios, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality insights. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is highly desirable. Candidates must also exhibit a strong commercial awareness and adaptability to work in fast-paced environments.
