Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant to join our Frankfurt am Main office. You will lead change initiatives, helping organizations navigate transformations smoothly and effectively. Your role involves assessing change impacts, developing communication plans, and engaging stakeholders to ensure adoption of new processes, technologies, or structures.
You will work closely with project teams and leadership to design change strategies, facilitate workshops, and measure change readiness and success. Your expertise will support minimizing resistance and maximizing employee engagement during transitions.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have a degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management or organizational development is required. Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience with project management and change frameworks (ADKAR, Kotter) is preferred. Fluency in English is required; German proficiency is an advantage. The ideal candidate is adaptable, empathetic, and a skilled influencer who drives successful organizational change.
