Job Description:

We are hiring a strategic and organized Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to oversee the administrative and operational functions of our organization in Frankfurt am Main. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will be responsible for aligning internal operations with corporate strategy, ensuring efficiency across departments such as HR, legal, compliance, procurement, and general administration.

Your responsibilities will include developing and enforcing administrative policies, managing operational budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and leading enterprise-wide initiatives that support organizational performance. The CAO will work closely with the CEO and other C-level executives to streamline workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement best practices across business units.

Job Requirement:

Candidates must hold a degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable. At least 12 years of senior-level experience in administrative or operational leadership roles is essential, with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and large-scale internal operations.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are required. Experience with organizational restructuring, process improvement, and enterprise systems is preferred. Fluency in English is mandatory, and German proficiency is a strong asset. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of fostering a highly effective and compliant corporate environment.
