Job Requirement:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, or related field preferred.
7+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or business development.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Experience in driving change management and cross-functional collaboration.
Fluency in German and English.
