Job Requirement: Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Consultant or in a similar consulting role, preferably in a management consulting firm. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business situations and develop practical solutions. In-depth knowledge of business processes, strategy development, and performance improvement methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and present findings and recommendations effectively. Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence software. Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
