Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Organizational Development Consultant to support our clients in Berlin in transforming their internal structures, culture, and workforce capabilities. The role involves analyzing organizational effectiveness, designing development programs, and implementing strategies that foster growth, engagement, and performance improvement. You will work closely with HR teams, department heads, and executive leadership to assess needs, define goals, and deliver tailored interventions.

Key responsibilities include conducting training needs analyses, facilitating leadership development programs, improving succession planning, and overseeing cultural change initiatives. You will also be responsible for tracking KPIs, evaluating program success, and advising on change management best practices to ensure sustainable organizational evolution.

Job Requirement:

Candidates should possess a degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., OD, SHRM, Prosci) is preferred. A minimum of 4–6 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or HR consulting is required. Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills are essential, along with experience in performance management systems, employee engagement strategies, and leadership coaching.

The ideal candidate must be analytical, empathetic, and capable of working across diverse teams. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of German is highly advantageous. Experience with change management frameworks and digital HR tools is a plus.
