Job Description:
We are seeking a Power Station Control Room Operator to monitor and control the operations of power generation facilities in Frankfurt am Main. You will oversee system performance, respond to alarms, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable energy production.
Your responsibilities include tracking electrical loads, adjusting control settings, and maintaining operational logs. You will also support emergency protocols and communicate with grid operators to balance supply and demand.

Job Requirement:
Candidates should have a technical diploma or degree in electrical engineering, energy systems, or a related field. Experience in power plant control or operations for 2–5 years is preferred.

Fluency in English is required; German language skills are advantageous. Ability to work in shifts and familiarity with control room software systems is necessary.
