Job Description:
A Product Innovation Lead is responsible for driving the creation and enhancement of new products or services. They act as the bridge between market needs and product development, ensuring that innovation aligns with business strategy and customer expectations. This role involves leading brainstorming sessions, developing prototypes, validating ideas with stakeholders, and managing innovation pipelines. The Innovation Lead often works closely with R&D, marketing, design, and strategy teams to identify emerging trends, test feasibility, and ensure timely delivery of new solutions.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Design Thinking, Engineering, or Innovation Management.
5+ years of experience in product development, innovation strategy, or business transformation.
Deep understanding of user-centered design, agile methodologies, and market research tools.
Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems and prototyping tools.
Creativity, problem-solving ability, and a passion for breakthrough thinking.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
