We are hiring a Strategy Consultant to support high-impact strategic planning and business transformation initiatives in Munich. In this role, you will partner with senior stakeholders to identify business challenges, develop competitive strategies, and deliver long-term value creation. Key responsibilities include conducting market and competitor analysis, evaluating internal capabilities, modeling business scenarios, and crafting strategic roadmaps. You will contribute to identifying growth opportunities, optimizing cost structures, and advising on mergers, acquisitions, or partnerships.
The role demands strong leadership presence, the ability to influence decision-makers, and a collaborative mindset to drive cross-functional strategic alignment. You will also lead strategic workshops, create compelling presentations, and support execution tracking for strategic initiatives.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related discipline; an MBA or equivalent is highly preferred. At least 4–6 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or strategic planning role is required. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are essential, as is proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and strategic modeling software. Candidates must exhibit excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable strategies. Fluency in English is mandatory, while German language skills are a strong asset. Strong project management capabilities and a deep understanding of global business trends are also critical.
