Job Description:
The Account Manager Director in AI Ahmadi leads the strategic management of high-profile client accounts in the BPO/KPO sector. This role involves setting account goals, driving client engagement, ensuring service delivery excellence, and identifying opportunities for account expansion and revenue growth. The director plays a key role in contract negotiations, SLA development, and managing escalations.
They collaborate closely with service delivery, finance, and operations teams to maintain profitability while delivering value-added solutions. The role also includes mentoring account managers and aligning account strategy with organizational goals.
Job Requirement:
Master’s degree in Business, Sales, or Strategic Management.
8+ years of experience in account management or client services, with at least 3 in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in managing complex, high-revenue accounts in BPO/KPO.
Strong business acumen and financial planning abilities.
Skilled in stakeholder management, client communication, and contract negotiation.
Experience in cross-functional leadership and client onboarding.
Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks and quality assurance.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, account analytics, and reporting tools.
