Job Description:
The Claims Processor Officer in Salmiyah oversees and ensures accuracy in processing a large volume of claims, including health, life, or auto insurance. The officer validates documents, interacts with customers and adjusters, and ensures all claims meet regulatory and client-specific requirements.
They analyze rejected claims, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions. Additionally, the officer prepares claim summaries for management and ensures compliance with turnaround and quality metrics.
Job Requirement:
Degree in Insurance, Healthcare Administration, or Finance.
4–6 years of claims processing experience, with exposure to international insurance regulations.
Proficient in claims adjudication tools and workflow software.
Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and process documentation abilities.
Familiarity with compliance standards such as HIPAA, GDPR, or IRDA.
Ability to handle escalations and resolve discrepancies quickly.
