Job Description:
The Business Analyst Director based in Qurain is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business transformation and strategic analysis across client engagements and internal operations within a BPO/KPO environment. This individual leads a team of analysts, consultants, and data specialists to identify operational inefficiencies, propose process improvements, and implement technology-driven solutions.
This position includes building and managing frameworks for end-to-end business analysis, from stakeholder requirement gathering to post-implementation reviews. The director partners with C-level executives and functional heads to develop business intelligence strategies, measure ROI on key projects, and guide initiatives across departments. A critical function of the role is to ensure business processes are agile, data-driven, and aligned with overall growth objectives.
Job Requirement:
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
10+ years of experience in business analysis or consulting, including at least 5 years in a leadership capacity within BPO/KPO.
Extensive knowledge of business process modeling, workflow optimization, and operational metrics.
Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView.
Familiarity with SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven success in managing transformation programs and cross-functional initiatives.
Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost-benefit modeling.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk frameworks.
Ability to manage large analytical teams and interact with executive leadership.
