We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring that our BPO/KPO services are aligned with client expectations and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.
Monitor service delivery to ensure that client requirements are met within agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.
Identify opportunities for service enhancements, cross-selling, and up-selling additional services to existing clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and ensure smooth project execution.
Provide regular reports to clients and senior management on project status, performance metrics, and potential risks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
5+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably in BPO/KPO.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.

2. Skills & Expertise:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both clients and internal teams.
Ability to analyze and understand client needs, offering tailored solutions that align with business objectives.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, ensuring client satisfaction even in challenging situations.
Knowledge of service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting metrics.
3. Language Skills:
Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
4. Personal Attributes:
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and proactive in identifying new opportunities within existing client accounts.
