Job Description:
The Account Manager Strategist based in AI Farwaniyah is responsible for developing and executing client relationship strategies to drive customer satisfaction and long-term engagement. The strategist analyzes account health, proposes service enhancements, identifies upselling opportunities, and monitors operational alignment with contractual obligations.
They regularly interact with senior client stakeholders, provide insights on performance trends, and initiate corrective action plans where necessary. The strategist also supports pre-sales activities by contributing account intelligence to bid proposals.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Operations.
6+ years of client management experience in outsourcing or professional services.
Experience developing strategic account plans and service roadmaps.
Knowledge of account profitability and risk analysis.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM and performance tracking tools.
Ability to manage client relationships across multiple geographies or time zones.
Experience supporting large-scale project delivery is desirable.
