Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Organizational Development or HR.
6+ years of experience in training roles, with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity.
Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting abilities.
Experience in virtual and classroom training management.
Proficient in LMS platforms, performance tracking, and training feedback loops.
Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design.
