Job Description:
The Client Services Manager Specialist located in AI Ahmadi manages key client accounts within the BPO/KPO business and ensures optimal service delivery. This role requires strategic relationship building, operational alignment, and constant monitoring of client-specific KPIs and SLAs. The manager serves as a liaison between clients and internal departments to resolve issues, onboard new projects, and enhance service quality.
Key responsibilities include handling escalations, managing client communication, leading service reviews, and identifying business development opportunities within existing accounts. This specialist also plays a role in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and reporting performance metrics.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Operations.
5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or operations in BPO/KPO.
Strong customer orientation and understanding of SLA management.
Proven ability to manage high-value client relationships.
Skilled in client communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
Excellent organizational, planning, and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM systems and reporting tools.
Demonstrated leadership in project execution and issue resolution.
Willingness to work in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
