Job Description:
The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst Director in AI Ahmadi drives the data analytics strategy for the organization. This role oversees BI architecture, leads teams of analysts and engineers, and supports data governance initiatives. The director partners with executive leadership to define KPIs, create data pipelines, and enable real-time insights for decision-making.
They ensure seamless integration between systems and promote a data-first culture within the company.
Job Requirement:
Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
10+ years of experience in BI, including 3–5 in leadership roles.
Expertise in SQL, ETL tools, data warehousing, and cloud analytics platforms.
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and technical skills.
Proven track record in managing enterprise BI programs.
Understanding of data privacy, security, and compliance requirements.
