Job Description:
The Business Analyst Consultant in Mahboula plays a critical role in evaluating business systems and operational performance to identify improvement areas within a BPO environment. This role involves stakeholder interviews, requirement analysis, workflow mapping, and recommendation of technical and procedural solutions. The consultant translates business needs into actionable plans and collaborates with technology and operations teams for successful implementation.
The position also involves conducting feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and user acceptance testing (UAT). As a consultant, this individual operates across multiple departments, contributing to strategic planning, operational optimization, and performance monitoring.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, or Information Systems.
5–7 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within BPO/KPO or consulting firms.
Skilled in developing business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process documentation.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
Proficiency with MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and business intelligence tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects with cross-functional teams.
