Job Description:
Based in AI Farwaniyah, the Client Services Manager Executive is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of client relationship management for a portfolio of BPO/KPO clients. This role includes account strategy development, service quality assurance, client satisfaction analysis, and performance reporting. The executive ensures alignment between client expectations and internal capabilities through strong coordination and proactive engagement.
They collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot service issues, drive innovations, and enhance revenue through account expansion. They also lead client business reviews and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Job Requirement:
Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
At least 6 years of experience in client service or account management.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
High proficiency in client reporting, service delivery analysis, and risk assessment.
Strong knowledge of BPO/KPO metrics and compliance requirements.
Experience in managing escalations and contract governance.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing client demands and work across time zones.
