Job Description:
The Alliances Manager is responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships that drive mutual growth and innovation. Based in Qurain, this role identifies alliance opportunities, negotiates partnership agreements, and ensures successful collaboration through joint initiatives and shared goals.
Key responsibilities include assessing potential partners, formalizing agreements, aligning internal stakeholders, and developing co-branded programs or go-to-market plans. The manager also monitors performance, manages conflict resolution, and ensures partnership KPIs are achieved.
This role requires close collaboration with product, marketing, legal, and finance teams to maintain synergy and operational continuity between all involved entities.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in Business Development, Strategic Management, or a related field is required. 5–7 years of experience in partner management, alliances, or strategic relationships is preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, and program management skills are essential.
Familiarity with legal contracting, revenue sharing models, and alliance governance structures is important. Candidates must demonstrate a collaborative mindset and the ability to manage cross-border or cross-functional partnerships. Experience in building strategic alliances in Qurain is advantageous.
