Job Description:

The Business Growth Executive in AI Ahmadi is tasked with identifying new revenue opportunities, expanding market reach, and fostering long-term client relationships. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on sales execution to drive business expansion through both new customer acquisition and existing account development.

Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying high-potential sectors, developing sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The executive actively pursues leads, attends industry events, and conducts discovery meetings to understand customer pain points and propose relevant solutions. They also work with product and marketing teams to tailor offerings to local needs and ensure that the company’s value proposition resonates with prospects.

In addition to generating new business, the executive manages key accounts, builds customer loyalty, and provides feedback to internal stakeholders to help shape future offerings. The role demands high energy, confidence, and a deep understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management.

Job Requirement:

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is required. At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development is essential. Strong knowledge of the regional market in AI Ahmadi is important.

Candidates must demonstrate a proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and handling complex sales cycles.
