Job Description:
The Client Success Specialist is responsible for ensuring that clients derive maximum value from products or services, fostering satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities. Based in AI Ahmadi, this role serves as the customer’s advocate and advisor, managing onboarding, usage optimization, and issue resolution throughout the client lifecycle.
Core responsibilities include guiding new customers through implementation, delivering ongoing support and training, analyzing usage patterns, identifying at-risk accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to address product feedback or service needs. The specialist also maintains regular communication with clients to ensure alignment with their business goals and objectives.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Client Relationship Management is required. 2–4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or customer support is preferred. Strong proficiency in CRM systems, client tracking software, and customer satisfaction tools is essential.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are critical. Candidates must demonstrate a customer-centric mindset and the ability to collaborate across teams. Familiarity with the business landscape of AI Ahmadi and experience handling regional clients is beneficial.
