Job Description:
The Business Partnerships Lead drives business expansion through alliances, collaborations, and joint ventures with industry players. Operating from Mahboula, the lead identifies key partners aligned with the company’s mission and revenue goals, and fosters long-term strategic cooperation.
Responsibilities include market scanning for partnership opportunities, initiating and negotiating agreements, managing partner onboarding, and measuring partnership effectiveness. The role also involves managing relationship governance and ensuring that strategic objectives are fulfilled on both sides.
Job Requirement:
A degree in Strategic Partnerships, Marketing, or Business Development is required. 6+ years of experience in forming and managing business relationships is preferred. Strong leadership, financial modeling, and stakeholder influence capabilities are required.
Knowledge of the regional economic and competitive landscape in Mahboula is beneficial. Proficiency in CRM, partnership tracking tools, and collaborative planning platforms is also expected.
