Job Description:
The Automated Campaign Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns through automation platforms to drive engagement, nurture leads, and support sales objectives. Located in Salmiyah, this role is central to creating scalable marketing workflows and ensuring timely, personalized communication with prospects and customers.
Core duties include designing email marketing journeys, setting up trigger-based communications, managing contact segmentation, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. The manager works closely with content creators, data analysts, and digital marketers to align messaging, targeting, and timing.
They are responsible for monitoring key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and continuously refining campaigns to improve performance. The role also involves troubleshooting automation issues and ensuring smooth campaign execution across platforms and regions.
Job Requirement:
A degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field is required. A minimum of 4 years of experience in campaign automation or lifecycle marketing is preferred. Expertise in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or ActiveCampaign is essential.
Knowledge of HTML, email deliverability best practices, segmentation logic, and customer journey mapping is critical. Analytical skills and experience using data to optimize workflows are key to success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management abilities, attention to detail, and experience tailoring campaigns to consumer behaviors in Salmiyah or similar markets.
