Job Description:

The Brand Positioning Specialist in Salmiyah is responsible for defining and refining the company’s brand narrative, ensuring that it resonates with target audiences and differentiates the company in the market. This role focuses on translating strategic insights into compelling brand messaging across all touchpoints.

The specialist conducts customer and market research to understand perceptions, preferences, and emotional drivers. They develop messaging frameworks, tone-of-voice guidelines, and positioning statements that reflect the brand’s unique value. Working alongside product, marketing, and sales teams, the specialist ensures brand clarity and consistency across advertising, web content, packaging, and communications.

They also monitor competitor positioning and adjust brand narratives accordingly to maintain competitive advantage. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, market insight, and creative storytelling.

 

Job Requirement:

A degree in Marketing, Psychology, or Communication is preferred. 4–6 years of experience in brand strategy or consumer insights is required. Expertise in market research techniques, customer journey mapping, and message testing is essential.

Candidates must be excellent communicators, with the ability to craft clear, differentiated brand messages. Experience with positioning frameworks (e.g., value pyramids, brand architecture models) is important.

Proficiency in tools such as Qualtrics, Nielsen, or similar research platforms is advantageous. Understanding local market behaviors in Salmiyah is highly beneficial. The ideal candidate will possess critical thinking, strategic foresight, and creative flair.
