Job Description:

The Brand Development Manager is responsible for shaping, evolving, and promoting the company’s brand identity to enhance market perception, customer engagement, and business growth. Based in Hawally, this role leads the development of branding strategies, messaging frameworks, and marketing initiatives that elevate brand value and drive customer loyalty.

Core responsibilities include conducting brand audits, developing positioning strategies, overseeing creative execution, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels. The manager collaborates closely with product, marketing, and executive teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives. They lead market research efforts to understand consumer sentiment, evaluate competitors, and identify branding opportunities.

The Brand Development Manager also plays a central role in managing rebranding efforts, brand storytelling, and visual identity projects. They ensure that all communication, from advertising to packaging, aligns with the brand's tone, purpose, and value proposition.

Job Requirement:

A degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or Communications is required. A minimum of 6 years of experience in brand strategy or brand management is essential. Demonstrated success in leading brand transformation or development projects is highly desirable.

Candidates must have a strong understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and competitive strategy. Proficiency in market research tools, creative briefing, and marketing project management is necessary.

Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills are vital. Experience launching or managing brands in regional markets like Hawally is advantageous. Creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail are critical to success.
