Job Description:
The Assembly Line Helper in Mahboula provides essential support in the manufacturing assembly process by preparing materials, assisting with part placement, and monitoring product flow. This role involves working on a fast-paced assembly line to ensure that products are correctly pieced together and meet production targets. The helper may perform repetitive tasks, follow strict timelines, and support multiple assembly stages as directed by line supervisors.
Responsibilities include preparing components, feeding materials into machinery, operating simple hand tools, performing visual inspections, and packaging assembled products. Helpers also communicate issues such as material shortages or machine malfunctions to supervisors promptly. Cleanliness, safety, and speed are crucial to maintaining production efficiency and meeting quality standards.
Job Requirement:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1+ year of experience in an assembly or manufacturing setting
Ability to stand for long hours and handle repetitive manual tasks
Basic mechanical aptitude for working with simple tools and fixtures
Understanding of production flows, safety procedures, and workplace organization
Able to follow assembly instructions and work collaboratively with team members
