Job Description:

The Batch Mixing Operator in Mahboula is tasked with the safe and accurate preparation of batches for manufacturing. This position focuses on weighing, blending, and processing raw materials into intermediate or final products, ensuring consistent quality and adherence to production guidelines. The operator is responsible for starting and monitoring mixing equipment, verifying material inputs, and adjusting mixing parameters as needed.

The role involves working closely with the production planner, quality assurance team, and warehouse personnel to ensure that the right materials are available and processed at the right time. Operators must complete production logs, perform equipment inspections, and respond to equipment alarms or deviations. Sanitation, safety, and attention to process instructions are all critical for success in this role, especially in industries like food, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals.

Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or technical training in manufacturing operations or chemical processing

  • Experience (minimum 2 years) in batch processing or mixing operations

  • Knowledge of mixing systems, pumps, agitators, and safety interlocks

  • Skilled in interpreting batch records, processing instructions, and regulatory standards

  • Proficient in basic computer use and data entry for production records

  • Strong understanding of safety protocols including lockout/tagout and PPE usage

  • Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in industrial environments

  • Ability to troubleshoot mixing inconsistencies and escalate issues promptly

  • Familiar with quality control procedures and in-process testing

  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work shifts and weekends if needed
