Job Description:
The Batch Production Operator in Al Farwaniyah is responsible for overseeing and executing batch production runs in accordance with manufacturing protocols. This role includes preparing equipment, weighing and mixing ingredients, monitoring processing conditions, and ensuring that the final product meets quality standards. The operator plays a vital role in producing consistent product batches in food, chemical, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Duties include setting up equipment, loading materials, observing processing parameters such as temperature and pressure, performing sampling for quality checks, and maintaining cleanliness. Operators document batch records and report any deviations from standards. The job requires an understanding of process control systems, adherence to SOPs, and safe handling of materials.
Job Requirement:
Technical diploma or experience in chemical processing, food manufacturing, or industrial production
At least 2 years of experience in batch processing or related operations
Proficient in operating production equipment and control panels
Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, or similar manufacturing standards
Ability to read and follow production formulas and batch documentation
Strong attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy
Physically capable of manual material handling and standing for long periods
Comfortable working with heat, steam, or pressurized equipment
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to work rotating shifts and follow strict safety protocols
