Job Description:
The CNC Turning Operator in Salmiyah will set up and operate CNC turning centers to machine precision components. Responsibilities include reading CNC programs, setting tools, verifying dimensions, and running production jobs efficiently. The operator must inspect parts using measuring instruments and maintain production records.
Knowledge of G-code, tool offsets, and machining speeds/feeds is critical. The operator also performs regular maintenance and reports machine malfunctions.
Job Requirement:
Diploma in CNC Machining or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of CNC turning experience.
Ability to read technical drawings and understand G-code.
Experience with tool setup and job scheduling.
Proficiency in measuring instruments such as micrometers and height gauges.
Knowledge of tolerances and surface finishes.
Familiarity with safety procedures and machine upkeep.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision.
Effective teamwork and communication skills.
