The Compression Molding Technician in Al Farwaniyah is tasked with operating and maintaining machines that mold thermosetting plastics or rubber materials. This includes preparing molds, setting process parameters, loading material, and managing press cycles. The technician monitors equipment, makes necessary adjustments, and performs preventive maintenance.
Close attention to quality standards, cycle times, and material handling procedures is essential. The technician collaborates with quality control and production supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Job Requirement:
Technical certificate in Plastics Technology or relevant field.
Experience in operating compression molding equipment.
Ability to read production blueprints and use measuring tools.
Understanding of molding materials, cure times, and temperatures.
Skill in identifying and correcting production issues.
Good physical condition to work in hot environments.
